Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

I invite you to disseminate the results of your research, in the form of an article, in this Special Issue on “Social Perspectives on the Employability of Graduates”. The social perspective of graduates is important in the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has radically changed the way that employees work.

The transition from school to active life can be difficult if there are no economic and social levers to facilitate the employment and development of individuals. The professional development of individuals is an imperative in the current global economic context.

We want to know if there is a correlation between the field of study and the position held. Ideally, learning outcomes and thus the qualifications and skills acquired during education should be capitalized on in the labor market. We are convinced that your research can successfully contribute to the understanding of this perspective and will contribute significantly to the development of knowledge in the field.
