Aims
Primary and Hospital Care (ISSN 3042-9897) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to assisting doctors, medical students, and all those involved in primary health care services in their work. The journal aims to disseminate knowledge on treatment option, decision making strategies, education of practitioners and the needs of the community and population to improve the quality of primary care. Research on health care systems is welcome, provided that the studies are framed within a global context.
The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, guidelines, tutorials, commentaries and case reports. All submissions are peer-reviewed by experts to ensure scientific quality. Authors are encouraged to publish their experimental and theoretical studies and observations in as much detail as possible. Research articles should include clearly defined research questions, appropriate methodology and analysis, and adhere to community-agreed standards relevant to the field. There is no restriction on the maximum length of the papers.
