World Oral Health Day— “A Happy Mouth Is a Happy Life”, 20 March 2026

World Oral Health Day, observed on 20 March, highlights the importance of oral health and its connection to overall well-being, in line with the Sustainable Development Goal 3 − Good Health and Well-Being. This year’s theme, “A Happy Mouth is a Happy Life,” emphasizes the importance of maintaining good oral health at every stage of life—from early childhood to older age.
MDPI supports this global observance by showcasing research that advances oral health, dentistry, and related medical sciences. Through its journals, MDPI provides a platform for researchers and healthcare professionals to share scientific knowledge, foster collaboration, and promote innovations that contribute to improved oral health and quality of life worldwide.
