Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to announce a forthcoming Special Issue titled "AI-Driven Innovations in Mental Health: Shaping the Future of Care". This Special Issue seeks to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in reshaping mental health care. With mental health increasingly recognized as critical global priorities, AI offers innovative pathways to enhance assessment methods and therapeutic interventions.
This Special Issue aims to delve into how AI can address pressing challenges in these fields by revolutionizing diagnostic tools, personalizing interventions, and fostering cutting-edge mental health educational methodologies. Central questions include the following: How can AI empower mental health professionals to deliver more effective care? In what ways can AI transform mental health education and mental health training for the future?
We invite contributions addressing the following key themes:
- AI-Enhanced Mental Health Assessment: Research on the implementation and efficacy of AI tools in psychological assessment and diagnostic practices.
- Innovative Intervention Strategies: Studies on AI-driven therapeutic methods and their outcomes across diverse clinical and educational settings.
- Educational Applications: Investigations into AI's role in mental health education.
- Technology Integration in Practice: Empirical studies and case analyses of AI adoption in real-world mental health.
- Evaluation of Intervention Programs and AI Tool Effectiveness: Research on assessing the impact and effectiveness of AI-driven intervention programs and tools in mental health.
- AI-Supported Learning Systems: Impact on health of AI-based platforms and tools for mental health training.
We encourage researchers, practitioners, and educators to submit original research articles, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses that critically examine the impact of AI on mental health and education. This Special Issue aims to provide a forward-looking perspective on the dynamic interplay between care in the age of AI.
We look forward to receiving your contributions. Prof. Inbar LevkovichProf. Irit SassonGuest Editors
