Dear Colleagues,

The Special Issue “Advances in Surgical Treatment of Gynecological Cancers” aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest advancements and current trends in the surgical management of gynecological malignancies. This Special Issue will explore the evolution of surgical techniques, including precision surgery and image-guided surgery, and their impact on patient outcomes. It will also address the role of perioperative care and enhanced recovery protocols in improving surgical success and patient quality of life.

The scope of this Special Issue includes original research articles and comprehensive reviews that highlight innovative surgical approaches, personalized treatment, and the challenges in managing gynecological cancers. This Special Issue aims to advance the knowledge and practice of gynecological oncology surgery, ultimately improving patient care and outcomes.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Cancers is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
