Best Paper Award
The AppliedMath Best Paper Award is presented annually to recognize publications of high quality, scientific significance, and extensive influence. Members of the Evaluation Committee will choose two exceptional articles that were published in the journal two years prior and will announce them online by the end of June.
The Prize:
– Each of the two winners (one research article and one review) will receive CHF 500, a certificate, and a voucher granting a full discount on the article processing charge, valid for one year.
Eligibility and Requirements
– All papers published in AppliedMath are eligible (both regular and Special Issue submissions).
Selection Criteria
– Scientific merit and broad impact;
– Originality of research objectives and/or ideas presented;
– Creative study design or uniqueness in the approaches and concepts;
– Clarity of presentation;
– High number of citations and downloads.
