Cover Story: Employer branding research has mostly centered on attracting new talent, with limited focus on current employees. In the following study, we examine how employer branding shapes employee attitudes—job satisfaction, organizational identification, and organization-related sacrifice—and how these attitudes influence word-of-mouth behavior toward applicants and customers. Survey data from Vietnam’s travel and hospitality sectors reveal that development, diversity, and reputation values enhance employee attitudes. All three attitudes boost word-of-mouth toward applicants, while only organization-related sacrifice impacts word-of-mouth toward customers. View this paper
