Organizational Behavior
Section Information
The section ‘Organizational Behavior’ covers the short, mid, and long-term goal development of organizations, enabled by management decisions. Internal and external organizational behaviour and culture bring with it a particular development of organizations, even if the external factors would be the same for two different organizations with the same objectives. We welcome contributions on ethics, learning and education, and practice in management and in public administration.
