Cover Story: The effective utilization of urban greenways by residents is crucial for enhancing the cultural services provided by urban ecosystems to humans. In this study, we propose a new greenway planning framework that integrates urban green space exposure with public mobility big data. The results reveal 99 potential greenways, which can cover 93.88% of urban green parks and provide green services to 33.39–35.92% of the recreational population flow. This framework can serve as a guiding tool for urban planning, integrated with greenway development. View this paper
