Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The subject of the article is very interesting and topical. Minimizing food waste is extremely important today. The reasons for this may be, for example, inflation, as well as the geopolitical situation in Europe - the war in Ukraine and the risk of problems with the transport of, for example, cereals. The research methodology is discussed in detail and the research results are presented in a logical and understandable way. Few shortcomings were indicated in the text as comments.

Dear authors,

Congratulations on your work. I only have suggestions for slight modifications, which I have added in the manuscript.

I am also not sure that the title is appropriate - instead of "measures of", I would use "measures to reduce".

The review of the English language is required.

Did you mark the comments with colour, or do I need to activate any functions, or is it possible to indicate the line and add the belonging comment? Sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused. Looking forward hearing back from you.
