Low-light%20image%20enhancement%20is%20one%20of%20the%20most%20challenging%20tasks%20in%20computer%20vision%2C%20and%20it%20is%20actively%20researched%20and%20used%20to%20solve%20various%20problems.%20Most%20of%20the%20time%2C%20image%20processing%20achieves%20significant%20performance%20under%20normal%20lighting%20conditions.%20However%2C%20under%20low-light%20conditions%2C%20an%20image%20turns%20out%20to%20be%20noisy%20and%20dark%2C%20which%20makes%20subsequent%20computer%20vision%20tasks%20difficult.%20To%20make%20buried%20details%20more%20visible%2C%20and%20reduce%20blur%20and%20noise%20in%20a%20low-light%20captured%20image%2C%20a%20low-light%20image%20enhancement%20task%20is%20necessary.%20A%20lot%20of%20research%20has%20been%20applied%20to%20many%20different%20techniques.%20However%2C%20most%20of%20these%20approaches%20require%20much%20effort%20or%20expensive%20equipment%20to%20perform%20low-light%20image%20enhancement.%20For%20example%2C%20the%20image%20has%20to%20be%20captured%20in%20a%20raw%20camera%20file%20in%20order%20to%20be%20processed%2C%20and%20the%20addressing%20method%20does%20not%20perform%20well%20under%20extreme%20low-light%20conditions.%20In%20this%20paper%2C%20we%20propose%20a%20new%20convolutional%20network%2C%20Attention%20U-net%20%28the%20integration%20of%20an%20attention%20gate%20and%20a%20U-net%20network%29%2C%20which%20is%20able%20to%20work%20on%20common%20file%20types%20%28.PNG%2C%20.JPEG%2C%20.JPG%2C%20etc.%29%20with%20primary%20support%20from%20deep%20learning%20to%20solve%20the%20problem%20of%20surveillance%20camera%20security%20in%20smart%20city%20inducements%20without%20requiring%20the%20raw[...]){kind=link}
