In the original publication [1], there was a mistake in Figure 1. There appears to be an unintended shift between the nuclear and cytoplasmic signals in the merged image of Figure 1C. The corrected culture and characterization of chicken primordial germ cells appear below. The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
