Reviewer 2 Report

Authors developed GEN-3, which can apply for clinical scale. Developing129Xe hyperpolarizer employing batch-mode spin-exchange optical pumping is very important and interesting field in hyperpolarization field. General development procedures with explanation are well presented. It will be very helpful for the researchers to do 129Xe hyperpolarization researches.
