The air source heat pump coupled with energy storage system is a key technology for flexibly utilizing clean energy. The capacity configuration parameters and control strategies of this coupled system are two important aspects that significantly affect its performance. In order to explore the methods of setting configuration parameters and provide reasonable operation strategies, a simulation model of the coupled system under a time-of-use electricity pricing strategy is established and verified with measured data. Through multi-objective optimization of the system, configuration schemes considering economy, energy saving, and flexibility are given. Subsequently, based on the load prediction model, an optimal control strategy is proposed with the objective function of minimizing the operating cost. The optimization amplitude of the schemes considering the three indicators reached 11.09%, 13.37%, and 29.03%, respectively. Under the proposed control strategies, the typical daily electricity consumption decreased by 14.65% to 24.06%, and the operating electricity cost is saved by approximately 17.32%. By reasonably designing the parameters of the coupled system, its economic, energy-saving performance, and flexibility can be improved by more than 11% compared to a system designed using traditional methods. By adopting the control strategy based on hourly load prediction, the operating cost can be reduced significantly. Full article

In this paper, a silver thin film coating on a monolayer polystyrene colloidal crystal (MPCC) hybrid structure was fabricated, and a photonic–surface plasmon coupling mode was established and experimentally researched. The silver thin film was sputtered onto the MPCC to form Ag-MPCC. The silver film effectively excites surface plasmon polariton (SPP) modes upon the incidence of light, and the MPCC has an intrinsic mode. These two modes couple and result in the extraordinary optical transmission (EOT) phenomenon in the transmission spectrum. Reflection suppression arising from this photon coupling effect was discovered in the reflection spectrum. We etched the single-layer colloidal particles to change the period of the colloidal crystal, thereby forming the MPCC metal hybrid structure with different lattices. We discussed and analyzed the results through experiments. The EOT can be controlled by the incident angle, lattice periodicity, and refractive index distribution of the Ag-MPCC, and the diffraction behavior is determined using the lattice structure and refractive index of the MPCC. The coupling effect of the two models leads to wavelength shifts and intensity variations in the spectral eigenvalues. Reflection suppression is achieved when the reflectivity at a specific wavelength is close to 0.1. Full article

This study investigated the effect of laser shock peening (LSP) treatment on the fatigue performance of Q355D steel butt-welded joints. The results demonstrate that LSP sig-nificantly enhances joint fatigue resistance through gradient hardening in surface lay-ers, introduction of high-magnitude residual compressive stress fields, and micro-structural refinement. Specifically, microhardness increased across all joint zones with gradient attenuation of strengthening effects within an approximately 700 μm depth. LSP effectively suppressed residual tensile stress concentration in regions beyond 4 mm on both sides of the weld. Fatigue tests confirmed that LSP substantially extended joint fatigue life: by 113–165% in the high-stress region (250–270 MPa) and 46–63% in the medium-low-stress region (230–240 MPa). Fractographic analysis further revealed reduced fatigue striation spacing and lower microcrack density in LSP-treated speci-mens, reflecting the synergistic effect of residual compressive stress fields and micro-structural refinement in retarding crack propagation. This work substantiates LSP as an effective method for enhancing fatigue resistance in Q355D steel welded joints. Full article

Cyberspace search engines (CSEs) are systems designed to search and index information about cyberspace assets. Effectively mining data across diverse platforms is hindered by the complexity and diversity of different CSE syntaxes. While Text-to-CSEQL offers a promising solution by translating natural language (NL) questions into cyberspace search engine query language (CSEQL), existing prompt-based methods still struggle due to the platform-specific intricacies of CSEQL. To address this limitation, we propose an LLM-based approach leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Specifically, to overcome the inability of traditional methods to retrieve relevant syntax fields effectively, we propose a novel hybrid retrieval mechanism combining keyword and dense retrieval, leveraging both field values and their semantic descriptions. Furthermore, we integrate these retrieved fields and the relevant few-shot examples into a redesigned prompt template adapted from the COSTAR framework. For comprehensive evaluation, we construct a Text-to-CSEQL dataset and introduce a new domain-specific metric, field match (FM). Extensive experiments demonstrate our method’s ability to adapt to platform-specific characteristics. Compared to prompt-based methods, it achieves an average accuracy improvement of 43.15% when generating CSEQL queries for diverse platforms. Moreover, our method also outperforms techniques designed for single-platform CSEQL generation. Full article

Lyophyllum decastes, a common edible mushroom, is prized for its exceptional taste and rich nutritional composition. The concentrations of amino acids and polysaccharides in the fruiting body exhibited a dynamic increase throughout development, reaching their highest levels in the maturation stages, with values of 45,107.39 μg/g and 13.66 mg/g, respectively. Integrated metabolomic and transcriptomic analyses uncovered dynamic metabolites changing during the transition from vegetative growth to reproductive development. Several differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and differentially accumulated metabolites (DAMs) were identified, associated with secondary metabolite, amino acid, and carbohydrate metabolism. The shift in metabolites was linked to key nutrient synthesis, explaining the abundant production of amino acids and polysaccharides at maturity. Our results provide novel insights into the developmental biology of L. decastes, demonstrating that this mushroom is a valuable source of bioactive compounds and contributing to the optimization of cultivation strategies, as well as improving research into its application as a functional food and nutraceutical source. Morphology is an important characteristic of the hydraulic and gravitational processes driving gully erosion. In this study, field scouring experiments were conducted on five experimental plots using terrestrial laser scanning to study gully erosion processes. The erosion and deposition on a gully slope were quantified using the M3C2 algorithm. The results show that the proportion of sediment yield of the gully slope in the whole slope–gully system ranged from 81.5% to 99.7% for different flow discharges (25, 40, 55, 70, and 85 L/min). Compared with low flow discharges (25 and 40 L/min), the gully slope presented more intense gully head retreat and higher erosion intensity under relatively high discharges (55, 70, and 85 L/min). Alcove expansion processes were characterized by horizontal and vertical cycles. Vertical dynamic changes were dominated by the co-evolution of collapses of the gully head and the deepening of the alcove. Horizontal development mainly manifested as a widening of the alcove caused by the hydraulic erosion of the gully wall. The roughness of the gully slope increased gradually with the increase in scour times and then tended towards stability. These results provide a reference for understanding the processes and mechanisms of gully erosion. Full article

Gravity erosion is one of the main physical processes of soil erosion and sediment sources in catchments, and its spatiotemporal patterns and driving mechanisms are seriously understudied, mainly due to the the great difficulties in monitoring and quantifying. This study obtained gravity erosion amounts by runoff scouring experiments on the field slope of the hilly–gully region of the Chinese Loess Plateau. The terrain point cloud before and after gravity erosion was obtained based on the TLS, SfM and the fusion of single-scan TLS and SfM, and then the gravity erosion was estimated by four terrain change detection algorithms (DoD, C2C, C2M and M3C2). Results showed that the M3C2 algorithm plus fused data had the highest quantization accuracy among all the algorithms and data sources, with a relative error of 14.71%. The fused data combined with M3C2 algorithm performed much better than other algorithms and data sources for the different gravity erosion magnitudes (mean relative error < 17.00%). The DoD algorithm plus TLS data were preferable for collapse areas, while the M3C2 algorithm plus TLS was suitable for the alcove area. This study provides a useful reference for the monitor and quantitative research of gravity erosion in complex topographic areas. Full article

In the context of achieving low-carbon goals, building low-carbon energy systems is a crucial development direction and implementation pathway. Renewable energy is favored because of its clean characteristics, but the access may have an impact on the power grid. Microgrid technology provides an effective solution to this problem. Uncertainty exists in single microgrids, so multiple microgrids are introduced to improve system stability and robustness. Electric carbon trading and profit redistribution among multiple microgrids have been challenges. To promote energy commensurability among microgrids, expand the types of energy interactions, and improve the utilization rate of renewable energy, this paper proposes a cooperative operation optimization model of multi-microgrids based on the green certificate and carbon trading mechanism to promote local energy consumption and a low carbon economy. First, this paper introduces a carbon capture system (CCS) and power-to-gas (P2G) device in the microgrid and constructs a cogeneration operation model coupled with a power-to-gas carbon capture system. On this basis, a low-carbon operation model for multi-energy microgrids is proposed by combining the local carbon trading market, the stepped carbon trading mechanism, and the green certificate trading mechanism. Secondly, this paper establishes a cooperative game model for multiple microgrid electricity carbon trading based on the Nash negotiation theory after constructing the single microgrid model. Finally, the ADMM method and the asymmetric energy mapping contribution function are used for the solution. The case study uses a typical 24 h period as an example for the calculation. Case study analysis shows that, compared with the independent operation mode of microgrids, the total benefits of the entire system increased by 38,296.1 yuan and carbon emissions were reduced by 30,535 kg through the coordinated operation of electricity–carbon coupling. The arithmetic example verifies that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the economic benefits of each microgrid and reduce carbon emissions. Full article

The phase-sensitive optical time-domain reflectometry (Φ-OTDR) system has shown substantial potential in distributed acoustic sensing applications. Accurate event classification is crucial for effective deployment of Φ-OTDR systems, and various methods have been proposed for event classification in Φ-OTDR systems. However, most existing methods typically rely on sufficient labeled signal data for model training, which poses a major bottleneck in applying these methods due to the expensive and laborious process of labeling extensive data. To address this limitation, we propose CLWTNet, a novel contrastive representation learning method enhanced with wavelet transform convolution for event classification in Φ-OTDR systems. CLWTNet learns robust and discriminative representations directly from unlabeled signal data by transforming time-domain signals into STFT images and employing contrastive learning to maximize inter-class separation while preserving intra-class similarity. Furthermore, CLWTNet incorporates wavelet transform convolution to enhance its capacity to capture intricate features of event signals. The experimental results demonstrate that CLWTNet achieves competitive performance with the supervised representation learning methods and superior performance to unsupervised representation learning methods, even when training with unlabeled signal data. These findings highlight the effectiveness of CLWTNet in extracting discriminative representations without relying on labeled data, thereby enhancing data efficiency and reducing the costs and effort involved in extensive data labeling in practical Φ-OTDR system applications. Chiral molecules are crucial in the field of optical devices, molecular recognition, and other novel functional materials due to their unique spatially asymmetric configuration and optical activity. In this study, a chiral molecule, Cholest-3-yl (E)-3-(4-carbamoylphenyl)acrylate (CCA), was combined with dyes containing large conjugated structures, tetramethylporphyrin tetrasulfonic acid (TPPS), and Nickel(II) phthalocyanine-tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt (TsNiPc), and composite LB films of CCA/TPPS and CCA/TsNiPc were successfully prepared by using Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technology. The circular dichroism (CD) test proved that the CCA/TPPS composite film had a strong CD signal at 300–400 nm, and the composite film showed chirality. This significant optical activity provides a new idea and option for the application of LB films in chiral sensors. In the Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) test, the CCA/TPPS composite film was sensitive to signal sensing, in which the enhancement factor EF = 2.28 × 105, indicating that a large number of effective signal response regions were formed on the surface of the film, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) = 12.08%, which demonstrated that the film had excellent uniformity and reproducibility. The high sensitivity and low signal fluctuation make the CCA/TPPS composite LB film a promising SERS substrate material. Full article

To enhance the understanding of dust diffusion laws in tunnel blasting operations of metal mines and determine optimal ventilation dust removal times, a scaled physical model of a metal mine tunneling face under the China Zijin Mining Group was established based on field measurements. Numerical simulation was employed to investigate airflow movement and dust migration in the tunneling roadway, and the fundamental features of airflow field and dust diffusion laws after tunnel blasting operations in the fully mechanized excavation face were revealed. The effects of three main factors included airflow rate (Q), ventilation distance (S), and tunnel length (L) on the dust removal time after tunnel blasting operations were investigated based on the orthogonal design method. Results indicated that reducing the dust concentration in the roadway to 10 mg/m3 required 53 min. The primary factors influencing dust removal time, in order of significance, were determined to be L, Q, and S. The lowest dust concentration occurs when the ventilation distance was 25 m. A predictive model for dust removal time after tunnel blasting operations was developed, establishing the relationship between dust removal time and the three factors as T = 20.7Q−0.73S0.19L0.86. Subsequent on-site validation confirmed the high accuracy of the predictive model, demonstrating its efficacy for practical applications. This study contributes a novel integration of orthogonal experimental design and validated CFD modeling to predict ventilation dust removal time, offering a practical and theoretically grounded approach for tunnel ventilation optimization. Heat stress (HS) is a major environmental factor negatively impacting the reproductive performance of livestock. This study investigates the molecular mechanisms of heat stress on the hypothalamic–pituitary–ovarian (HPO) axis in Hu sheep. A heat-stressed animal model was established, and high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was employed to analyze gene expression in the hypothalamus, pituitary, and ovarian tissues of both control and heat-stressed groups. The results revealed significant changes in estrus behavior, hormone secretion, and reproductive health in heat-stressed sheep, with a shortened estrus duration, prolonged estrous cycles, and decreased levels of FSH, LH, E2, and P4. A total of 520, 649, and 482 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified in the hypothalamus, pituitary, and ovary, respectively. The DEGs were enriched in pathways related to hormone secretion, neurotransmission, cell proliferation, and immune response, with significant involvement of the p53 and cAMP signaling pathways. Tissue-specific responses to heat stress were observed, with distinct regulatory roles in each organ, including GPCR activity and cytokine signaling in the hypothalamus, calcium-regulated exocytosis in the pituitary, and cilium assembly and ATP binding in the ovary. Key genes such as SYN3, RPH3A, and IGFBP2 were identified as central to the coordinated regulation of the HPO axis. These findings provide new insights into the molecular basis of heat stress-induced impairments in reproductive function—manifested by altered estrous behavior, reduced hormone secretion (FSH, LH, E2, and P4), and disrupted gene expression in the hypothalamic–pituitary–ovarian (HPO) axis—and offer potential targets for improving heat tolerance and reproductive regulation in sheep. To address the technical bottlenecks of low path planning efficiency and insufficient point cloud coverage in the automated 3D scanning of complex structural components, this study proposes an offline method for the generation and optimization of scanning paths based on CAD models. Discrete sampling of the model’s surface is achieved through the construction of an oriented bounding box (OBB) and a linear object–triangular mesh intersection algorithm, thereby obtaining a discrete point set of the model. Incorporating a standard vector analysis of the discrete points and the kinematic constraints of the scanning system, a scanner pose parameter calculation model is established. An improved nearest neighbor search algorithm is employed to generate a globally optimized scanning path, and an adaptive B-spline interpolation algorithm is applied to path smoothing. A joint MATLAB (R2023b)—RobotStudio (6.08) simulation platform is developed to facilitate the entire process, from model pre-processing and path planning to path verification. The experimental results demonstrate that compared with the traditional manual teaching methods, the proposed approach achieves a 25.4% improvement in scanning efficiency and an 18.6% increase in point cloud coverage when measuring typical complex structural components. This study offers an intelligent solution for the efficient and accurate measurement of large-scale complex parts and holds significant potential for broad engineering applications. Full article

This research proposes optimizing the thermal pattern in the sintering bed by manipulating the air supply. The impact of the air supply on the distribution of heat in the upper and lower layers of the material bed is investigated based on a numerical simulation model. An optimized air supply scheme is proposed to enhance the thermal distribution of the sintering bed. The simulation results suggest that decreasing the air supply during sintering in the upper layer leads to an increase in bed temperature and an extension of the melting zone thickness from 5 mm to 16 mm. Similarly, reducing the air supply during sintering of the lower layer prevents over-melting of the sintering material by reducing heat accumulation. However, both decrease the speed of vertical sintering. To optimize the sintering process, it is suggested to decrease the air supply during the early and late stages and increase it during the middle stage. This optimized air supply leads to a uniform temperature distribution, with a 30 °C decrease in the gap between the highest temperatures. Additionally, the melting zone thickness in the early sintering stage increases from 0 mm to 14 mm, and the average vertical sintering speed remains comparable. Full article
