Recruiting Editorial Board Members for Horticulturae

In order to establish the international influence of and encourage the publication of high-quality papers in the journal Horticulturae (ISSN: 2311-7524), we are currently recruiting prestigious scholars in the field of one or more areas of horticultural crop biology, precision horticulture and smart agriculture, postharvest biology and processing, and organic and sustainable production, as well as ornamental horticulture and urban agriculture.

The benefits of becoming an Editorial Board Member include the following:

  • Contributing to open science and exchanges;
  • Increasing your knowledge of your research field by exposure to research and the research of your peers;
  • Expanding your research networks by collaborating with other Editorial Board Members of Horticulturae;
  • Advancing your career by being active in your research field through your contriution to the journal;
  • Receiving a full waiver on one publication per year once accepted in Horticulturae.

The main responsibilities of Editorial Board Members are as follows:

  • Pre-screening and making decisions on new submissions related to their research interests;
  • Providing input or feedback regarding journal policies;
  • Promoting the journal among their peers or at conferences;
  • Attending Board meetings to suggest journal development strategies;
  • Reviewing manuscripts.
