Dear Colleagues,
Advances in molecular biology, genomics, and clinical technologies have profoundly transformed the landscape of obstetrics and gynecologic oncology, fostering a shift toward personalized treatment strategies. Increasing recognition of tumor heterogeneity, patient-specific risk factors, and reproductive considerations has highlighted the limitations of uniform therapeutic approaches. This Special Issue, titled “New Perspectives on Personalized Treatment Strategies of Obstetrics and Gynecology Oncology”, focuses on innovative and patient-centered models of care that integrate precision diagnostics, targeted therapies, and individualized clinical decision-making. Contributions address emerging biomarkers, molecular profiling, fertility-preserving and pregnancy-adapted treatments, and the application of artificial intelligence in risk stratification and therapeutic planning. By bridging translational research and clinical practice, this Special Issue aims to advance tailored interventions that improve oncologic outcomes while preserving quality of life for women across diverse clinical settings.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. Journal of Personalized Medicine is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
