Dear Colleagues,

Eye-tracking is an established and well-researched area in terms of reading comprehension. Even so, it remains a topical field of high interest, as the world of reading and literacy is ever-changing. Additionally, reading comprehension is a diverse and highly relevant field, and it is imperative that research continues in this area.

This Special Issue, titled “Eye Movements and Reading Comprehension”, invites contributions that investigate reading comprehension through the utilization of eye-tracking.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reading comprehension in adults;
  • Reading comprehension in school-going learners;
  • Reading comprehension across various mediums;
  • Reading comprehension as a literacy skill.

In this Special Issue, original research articles and reviews are welcome. Reasearch areas include, but are not limited to eye-tracking experiments, education, linguistics and psychology.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
