Section Information
This section examines the concentration levels, sources, distribution, and impacts of pollutants across air, water, soil, solid waste systems, etc., including agrochemicals, microplastics, and emerging contaminants. It highlights research on pollutant behavior, environmental toxicology, environmental remediation and ecosystem restoration. This section welcomes studies employing analytical tools, environmental modeling, pollution sources and multidisciplinary assessments to advance pollution diagnosis and management.
It also focuses on innovative remediation and treatment technologies aimed at restoring contaminated environments and improving environmental quality. Overall, it covers pollution issues at regional and global scales, together with their corresponding remediation processes.
