Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue on "Research and Practice in Acute and Chronic Pancreatitis" invites submissions of research papers, reviews, and intriguing case reports. With a focus on both acute and chronic pancreatitis, we aim to advance understanding and enhance clinical practice in the management of pancreatic disorders.

We are looking for contributions including clinical research, diagnostic techniques, therapeutic interventions, and molecular mechanisms underlying pancreatitis. Reviews synthesizing current knowledge and addressing gaps in understanding pancreatitis are encouraged. Unique case reports offering insights into diagnosis, management, and outcomes of pancreatitis cases are also welcomed. Through collective efforts, this Special Issue aims to drive progress in understanding, managing, and treating pancreatitis, benefiting patients globally.

Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website.
