Corrosion and Materials Degradation Accepted into Emerging Sources Citation Index in Web of Science

We are pleased to announce that the open access journal Corrosion and Materials Degradation (CMD, ISSN: 2624-5558) has been accepted for coverage by the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) in Web of Science (WoS) in March 2024. We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all the authors, reviewers, and editors who have contributed to this journal and helped us to accomplish this achievement. Please note that it will still take a few months for the journal’s papers to appear on the website of WoS, and for a profile to appear within the Master Journal List (MJL) because the final paperwork must first be processed. 

CMD is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal on corrosion, environment-assisted degradation, corrosion mitigation, corrosion mechanisms, and corrosion monitoring, published quarterly online by MDPI. We accept reviews, regular research papers, and communications reflecting the latest developments in the field of corrosion.
