Dear Colleagues,
Cyberbullying—defined as repeatedly and intentionally harming others using digital technology—perpetration and victimization continue to impact children across the globe. While the literature in this area is robust and has uncovered the myriad predictors and outcomes of cyberbullying perpetration and cyber-victimization alike, continued scholarship is desperately needed. The knowledge gains from this literature can further our theoretical and practical understanding of processes germane to cyberbullying, which can better inform intervention efforts aimed at (i) reducing cyberbullying and/or (ii) lessening the psychological and behavioral consequences of being victimized online. Such research is needed, in part, due to the constant shifting of the technological and legal landscapes regarding Internet/social media access.
We aim to publish high-quality scholarship that purports to advance our understanding of the predictors and/or outcomes related to cyberbullying perpetration and/or victimization. Submitted papers must have the following attributes: (i) focus on youth (≤18 years of age), (ii) be theoretically derived, and (iii) make a substantial contribution to the robust literature.
We are soliciting submissions that fit the aims and scope of this Special Issue. Preference will be given to empirical submissions that sample youth (≤18 years); however, we will accept some review papers that are high-quality.

Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 250 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for assessment.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. Children is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.

Submitted papers should be well formatted and use good English. Authors may use MDPI's English editing service prior to publication or during author revisions.
