10th Anniversary
The year 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of Beverages, a peer-reviewed open access journal on beverage. With an Impact Factor of 3.0 and a CiteScore of 6.1, the journal is covered in ESCI (Web of Science) and other databases. The journal has published more than 700 papers from more than 2,000 authors. More than 1,300 reviewers have reviewed the journal at least once. We equally value the contributions made by our editors, authors, and reviewers.

Journal History
