Aims & Scope
Aims
Advances in Environmental Engineering is an international, open access journal on advances, innovations, and applications in the field of environmental engineering. The journal focuses on publishing original research articles and comprehensive reviews, but other article types will also be considered. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive platform for scientists, engineers, and policymakers to publish and discuss their experimental, theoretical, and applied research findings across all disciplines of environmental engineering, with particular emphasis on the development and implementation of engineering solutions that protect human health; maintain nature's beneficial ecosystems such as water, soil, and air; and promote sustainable development. Key research areas include water pollution control, soil and groundwater remediation, air pollution control, solid waste management, environmental monitoring technologies, environmental biotechnology, and sustainable engineering practices. We seek manuscripts that combine basic science with practical engineering applications to foster interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing complex environmental challenges.

MDPI Publication Ethics Statement
MDPI is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
MDPI takes the responsibility to enforce a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure to add
high quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. Unfortunately, cases of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate
authorship credit, and the like, do arise. MDPI takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in
such cases with a zero tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use iThenticate to check submissions against previous publications.
