Behavioral Sciences (ISSN 2076-328X, IF: 3.2) is looking for new Editorial Board Members to further its mission of open science and scientific exchange.
Behavioral Sciences is a peer-reviewed journal that rapidly disseminates original articles, critical and systematic reviews in the areas of psychiatry, neuroscience, psychology, cognitive and behavioral sciences, and behavioral biology. The journal aims to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in a rigorous and detailed manner. There is no restriction on the maximum length of submitted papers. Full experimental details must be provided for each research paper to facilitate reproducibility. Electronic files or software containing full details of calculations and experimental procedures, when not suitable for conventional publication, may be deposited as supplementary material.

All manuscripts published by MDPI are made immediately available worldwide under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) which means that each paper is free to access and may receive maximum exposure.
Editorial Board Members are responsible for upholding the academic and scientific quality of MDPI publications. The initial term lasts for two years and includes the following responsibilities:
- Pre-screening and making decisions on new submissions related to their research interests;
- Setting up at least one Special Issue during their term on a topic related to their research interests (or supervising Special Issues within their research field);
- Helping to attract suitable expert authors and inviting young scholars to join the Early Career Editorial Board;
- Providing input or feedback on journal policies;
- Promoting the journal among their peers and at conferences;
- Attending Board meetings to suggest journal development strategies;
- Reviewing manuscripts.
