Cover Story: The 6th Conference on Emerging Materials and Processes (CEMP 2023) was held on November 22–23, 2023, at the School of Chemical and Materials Engineering (SCME), National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. This conference brought together scientists and engineers from academia and industry to share ideas, problems, and their solutions. High profile international researchers participated from South Korea, China, Japan, UK, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Ireland, and France. Their invaluable contributions significantly enriched the quality and depth of the discussions. The materials design and analysis aspect of CEMP-23 was covered by sessions on materials informatics, polymer and composite materials, etc. The innovation in manufacturing processes was covered in sessions on alternative technologies in green engineering, and modeling and simulation in the process industry.
