Cover Story: The International Conference on Enhancing Clinical Nutrition in Palestine (ECNAD) and the Second International Conference on Applied Medical Sciences (ICAMS-II) were held on 14–16 March 2023 at Al-Azhar University Gaza (AUG), Gaza Strip, Palestine. The two parallel events ECNAD and ICAMS-II focused on applied medical sciences encompassing five topics: clinical nutrition, laboratory medicine, medical imaging, nursing and public health, as well as physical therapy and rehabilitation. ECNAD and ICAMS-II brought together internationally recognized experts and young researchers in an effort to exchange ideas on health topics. ECNAD and ICAMS-II acted as a platform for establishing connections between different research teams that are trying to build and develop future scientific collaborations.
