Error in Figure

In the original publication [1], there was a mistake in Figure 4. Percent deviation of

{\hat{k}}_{b e s t}

with respect to

among all the bases using different initialization methods is as published. The data used in the figure was damaged and thus not valid. The correction is as follows: Figure 4. Percentage deviation of

{\hat{k}}_{b e s t}

with respect to

χ

among all the bases using different initialization methods appears below. The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
