1.      Add more problem description to the abstract.

2.      What is the reason for selecting 656 questionnaires?

3.      In line 69 OECD is mentioned, better to expand the acronym

4.      The few lines at the end of the “Introduction” needs more clarity

5.      A comprehensive literature review is a prerequisite, and the authors should summarize the research gaps and tell the readers the reasons why do you carry out this study.

6.      It is better to mention the unit of temperature in line 166

7.      In 2.1.1. Description of Study Area, please give the reference of that place

8.      Please clarify what is ‘jin’ in line 172

9.      Though the paper is fairly well written and well presented, the study is confined to very few months, whose rationale is not justified adequately; perhaps some more time could have been much useful.

10.   The punctuations in lines 37, 45, 60, 62, 128, 136, 500, 527, 529 needs to be checked.

11.   Grammatical error should be thoroughly revised throughout the manuscript (especially line 66, 72, 123, 176, 178, 511).

13.   The acronym WTP is used often in Introduction, better give the expansion the first time it is mentioned.

16.   Highlight the applications and utility of the work, what is novel in this study.

 

17.   How the influencing parameters used in proposed model are selected? The authors should give more explanations about this.

1.      In the study, the relationship between rice cultivation area and adoption of agricultural production services was determined as negative. Shouldn't this relationship be positive? Because small farmers are generally avoid risk and resistant to innovation.

2.      In the discussion section, the factors affecting the adoption of agricultural production services by farmers are stated. The discussion section is weak. The reason and importance of these results should be discussed and compared with the results of similar studies.
