Comments and Suggestions for Authors

I have noted that the proposed article is well-written and has a solid technical background. However, I feel that there are some points that need to be addressed in order to make the paper more interesting to potential readers.

Firstly, I believe that the number of references should be increased. A proper state-of-the-art analysis is missing, and while the principles of the proposed algorithm are clear, the advancement in comparison to the state-of-the-art and the proposed innovation can be deepened.

Secondly, the introduction can be made more comprehensive by providing additional context to readers. For instance, the article could elaborate on the systems on which these algorithms will be implemented, the new features that will be enabled by the proposed technology, and the impact that the technology will have.

Lastly, I suggest that the paper should include some considerations on the technology that might execute the proposed algorithm. Will it be implemented in hardware or software? For example, 10.1109/ACCESS. 2023.3327786 could be used as an example of a building block implemented in hardware, while 10.1109/TTC. 2019.8895386 could be used as an example of software implementation. What are the advantages, disadvantages, and architectural implications of the proposed algorithms?
