Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The study presents an interesting initiative, and the author has collected and analyzed data using scientific methods. However, the following points should be addressed to improve the quality and clarity of the paper:

  • Abstract: Include the main objectives of the study, along with a brief description of the methodology used for data collection and analysis.
  • Figure 1: Add a location map (boundary map) and clearly mark the positions of the soil sensors within the experimental plots.
  • Data Processing and Statistical Analysis: Specify how many rainfall events were considered during data collection and analysis.
  • Figure 6: Clarify the meaning of the red and blue lines—these should be explicitly mentioned in the figure caption or legend.
  • Figure 7: The figure contains only parts a and b, but the caption refers to a, b, c, and d. Please check and correct this inconsistency. Additionally, provide a description of the terms spec01, spec02, etc., used in the figure.
  • Discussion: While the analysis of P and N loss with respect to slope is appreciated, it would be beneficial to discuss how these nutrient losses impact the health and productivity of tea plants.
  • Conclusion: Include key statistics from the findings to better emphasize the significance of the results.
  • Language: The English language needs improvement in several places throughout the paper to enhance readability and clarity.
