The author sincerely thanks the reviewer's comments. Some adjustments according to the 1st reviewer are shown below

+ The author has added some quantitative results in the abstract.

+ Fig 1 has been adjusted to make it easier to see

+ The author has added more explanation to the study. There are certain levels of uncertainty regarding the measurement of discharge and water level. However, the biggest factor causing errors is the roughness elements. These are subjective errors and hard to eliminate.
