Based on the market and institutional motivation for the entity enterprises to SHFL, 588 this paper explains the reasons for the rapid development of China's financial leasing 589 industry from 2007 to 2019. The topic of paper is original and relevant as it addresses the contemporary issues faced by companies. Research methodology is appropriate for this study. The conclusions address the main objective of this study. Also, they are sufficiently backed by arguments from previous literature. I believe that literature references can be improved and more than 60-70% citations should be from literature published in the last 5-7 years. Additionally, language and grammatical improvements can be made throughout the paper.
