Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear authors

I have been analyzing your paper. Overall, the manuscript seems to me to be well structured. The literature review is adequate and many relevant studies have been included. The hypotheses are deduced with support from the literature and are adjusted to the objectives of the study. The methodological and results analysis procedure is also adequate. The results are discussed.

However, I would like the authors to pay attention to the following:

- In my opinion, the justification for the research is far from convincing. The authors rely essentially on the scarce prior research to justify the opportunity for the study. The scarcity of research can motivate the realization of a study, as there may be gaps that need to be addressed. But these gaps have to be identified and made explicit by the authors.

- In section 4 (Research methodology), the authors refer that “Data was collected from November 2020 through January 2021 via in-person visit and online questionnaire distribution”. That is, the data was collected using different techniques. In my opinion, it would be important for the authors to demonstrate that this procedure does not constitute any kind of bias for the investigation and / or to state the actions that may have been taken to ensure that the results of the investigation would not be negatively affected by that procedure.

Good work!
