Exploring the Impact of Technological Innovation on the Development of Electric Vehicles on the Bibliometric Perspective of Innovation Types
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
the article called "Exploring the Impact of Technological Innovation on the Development of Electric Vehicles - Based on the Bibliometric Perspective of Innovation Types" is interesting and also a pleasant read.
Initially I was perplexed by noting the low number of articles published on electric vehicles, but with the filters introduced by the authors the number is reduced.
The article is substantial, it presents an interesting point of view on the innovation of electric vehicles, it is rigorously carried out.
I can provide some suggestions.
At the end of the introduction, tell how the paper is divided.
Take care of the graphic aspect of the figures, which are often illegible.
Adjusting indentation in Architecture Innovation.
I learned to use the free VOSviewer software to make bibliometric surveys, just download the bibliography from Scopus database, insert it on VOS and the software will create image on correlations between journals. The tutorials can be found online, and it is easy to be followed, so the graphic design of the paper would improve

The paper entitled "Exploring the Impact of Technological Innovation on the Development of Electric Vehicles - Based on the Bibliometric Perspective of Innovation Types", this study classifies the matrix created by the market and technology using Rothaermel's innovation matrix. But the paper level is very low.
1- The introduction section lacks the rational flow of a scientific paper. It is advisable to mention other people's contributions once the problem is mentioned; then, authors should mention what challenge(s) is (are) still unsolved and; finally, the paper contribution.
2- The novelty of the manuscript, compared to the literature, is not clear. You should improve your analysis. It is very important to prove that your manuscript has significant value and is not trivial.
3- In addition, some points at the end of the line are not spelled correctly, such as those on lines 65, 76, and 95...
4- The article looks like it was pasted together from several sources.
5-Captions for all tables must be written and not repeated.
6- The resolution of all figures is very poor, the resolution of the figures must be checked, and figures have to be enhanced (increase the resolution).
7- It is advisable to add notes in figures to convey the intended information better.
8- This paper is poorly written and doesn't present significant new contributions; there is no novel improvement in this paper. Both sections 3, 4, and 5 are flawed and poorly written. The analysis is superficial and the comparison poor does not apply to the review paper, the conclusion should be rewritten with emphasis on your novelty, and detailed analysis should be written in the abstract.
9- The paper must be improved largely. The paper must be revised into a review paper format before further consideration.
Fix the typos and grammatical errors in the manuscript and Spacing should be checked throughout the paper.

This paper aims to make a literature review of the technological innovation of Electric Vehicles, along with the data used in the existing EVs.
The paper has a moderate contribution, but it could be enhanced by addressing the following Recommendations:
- Fix some text/number errors ...
- Is missing the methodology of selecting the papers you include in your review.
- Choose well the keywords for searching your papers.
- Complete the list of references with other recent papers on your issue.

Reviewer 2 Report
The paper is better then the previous version. However, only few remarks.
1- Please improve the quality of Figure 1 and 4.
2- Add new references and also a comprehensive correction. Most references are old (1991, 2001, 2002..), and must be changed with new references.
3- Improving and more clarification in section 5.4.
Fix the typos and grammatical errors in the manuscript.
