Comments and Suggestions for Authors

There is no experiment in this scientific work. The work focuses exclusively on reviewing the occurrence and partial distribution of blue tongue disease, without statistical or experimental methods. The paper mentions vaccines by their original commercial names, and it does not list all of them, so it has some value. I assess that such a review paper should not be published in this kind of  journal.

Dear reviewer, thank you for your comments. I am neither a virologist nor an epidemiologist, but a veterinary practitioner who occasionally conducts scientific research at a modest level. I thought that this article might be of interest to the readers of this journal, who are not necessarily all researchers, by presenting the perspective of a field practitioner who has been confronted with epidemic waves of orbiviruses over the past twenty years and sharing the lessons I have learned from these experiences.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

In this scientific work, there is no experiment, no methods, no statistics. This scientific paper is of an overview character with general conclusions that are already known. I believe that the paper does not reveal or prove anything new that was not known until now. There is no hypothesis that was tested in order to confirm or deny it. I believe that this kind of scientific work is not suitable for publication in this magazine. My suggestion is that you try to publish this paper in another journal.
