Congratulations first of all for the team work! You did a great job.

However I want to make some remarks:

-you have in keywords "nutraceutics and RCTs (randomised controlled trial)" I don't saw this in your abstract. You may insert them.

-on figure 1 correct in nutraceutics target

-line 94 - put after mithocondrial DNA (mtDNA)

-line 98 -put comma after "Moreover"

-line 163 put after cardiovascular (CV) because you used CV diseases in line 384

-insert please all abbreviations in text (for ex. ATP, TNF, RCT, CV)

- I don't see the author contributions at the end - please do that.
