Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The development and application of protective vaccines in poultry is a critical area of research that has significant implications for the poultry industry and public health. With the ever-evolving landscape of avian diseases and the continuous threat of new and emerging pathogens, it is imperative to advance our understanding of vaccine development strategies that can offer robust and long-lasting immunity to poultry populations.

This Special Issue, entitled "Protective Vaccine in Poultry", aims to bring together the latest research findings, innovative approaches, and comprehensive reviews that focus on the development, efficacy, and application of vaccines in poultry health management. We seek to explore the scientific advancements in vaccine technology, including novel antigens, adjuvants, delivery systems, and immunization strategies, that can enhance the protective capacity of vaccines against various avian diseases.

The scope of this Special Issue encompasses a wide range of topics, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Innovative vaccine design and development for avian diseases;
  • Immunological mechanisms of vaccine-induced protection;
  • Comparative efficacy studies of different vaccine formulations;
  • Vaccine delivery technologies and strategies for poultry;
  • Impact of vaccination on poultry health and productivity;
  • Economic and societal implications of poultry vaccination programs.

We invite original research articles and reviews that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of poultry vaccinology. By sharing cutting-edge research, we aim to foster collaboration among scientists, policymakers, and industry professionals to improve poultry health and contribute to global food security.

We look forward to receiving your high-quality contributions that align with the scope and objectives of this Special Issue.
