Aims

Radiation (ISSN 2673-592X) is a peer-reviewed, multi-disciplinary, open access journal focusing on recent advances and radiotherapy, radio-immunotherapy, radiation biology, radiation physics, and radiology across multiple fields, such as medicine, biology, biophysics, and physics. Radiation mainly publishes original research papers, reviews, editorials, case reports and communications, but other article types will also be considered.

The aim of Radiation is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. Therefore, the journal has no restrictions regarding the length of papers. Full experimental details should be provided so that the results can be reproduced.

Scope

Topics of interest include but are not limited to the following:

• Medicine: diagnosis, imaging, radio-oncology, radio-surgery, radio-immunotherapy, radiology, clinical trials;
• Biology: biological imaging, radiation immuno-biology, radiation sensitivity/resistance, preclinical radiation models;
• Engineering: detectors, computational and biomedical imaging, biophysical and biochemical engineering;
• Biophysics and physics: radiation sources (e.g., cosmos, photons, particles), radiation planning, radiation dosimetry, radiation protection.

MDPI takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use iThenticate to check submissions against previous publications.

Authors and publishers are encouraged to send review copies of their recent related books to the following address. Received books will be listed as Books Received within the journal's News & Announcements section.
