Assisted Reproduction: Clinical Updates and Personalized Strategies

This special issue belongs to the section “Personalized Therapy in Clinical Medicine“.

Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Assisted reproduction has revolutionized the field of infertility treatment, offering hope to many individuals and couples who might otherwise be unable to conceive naturally. In recent years, significant clinical updates have greatly improved the success rates and safety of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) by optimizing embryo selection, cryopreservation techniques, and genetic testing methods. These advancements are driven by a deeper understanding of reproductive biology and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.

At the same time, there is an increasing emphasis on personalized strategies tailored to the unique biological, genetic, and clinical characteristics of each patient. These personalized approaches aim to optimize treatment protocols, minimize side effects, and enhance the chances of achieving a successful pregnancy. Beyond clinical and technological progress, ethical, legal, and psychological considerations play a crucial role in providing responsible and patient-centered reproductive care. Addressing these aspects ensures that treatments are not only effective but also respectful of the values and individual needs of patients.

Overall, the combination of the latest clinical updates with personalized strategies represents a comprehensive and innovative approach, advancing assisted reproduction toward safer, more effective, and tailored care for every patient. The aim of this Special Issue is to collect original papers and review articles detailing innovative approaches to personalize IVF treatments and improve clinical outcomes.
