Dear colleagues,
The Human Genome Project has generated an enormous amount of data and knowledge since 1990. It has played a crucial role in the advancement of the field of genomics. This progress is particularly evident in the study of breast cancer, which continues to be a significant health issue primarily affecting women. Accumulating evidence shows that a better understanding of genomics can enhance the effectiveness of conventional treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiation. More molecular gene alterations at the level of DNA have been uncovered. This has led to a better understanding of the disease and factors affecting treatment.
The primary aim of this Special Issue is to facilitate open access to essential research in the field of genomics as it relates to breast cancer, addressing the breakthroughs and challenges in the field of genomics. We are seeking full research papers or review articles on any aspect related to this Special Issue.

Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 250 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for assessment.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. Journal of Personalized Medicine is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.

Submitted papers should be well formatted and use good English. Authors may use MDPI's English editing service prior to publication or during author revisions.
