Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Pancreatic cancer remains one of the most lethal malignancies. Its aggressive biology, late diagnosis, and profound intertumoral heterogeneity contribute to poor response to conventional therapies and underscore the urgent need for individualized strategies.
This Special Issue focuses on advancing precision oncology in pancreatic cancer by integrating germline and somatic genomics, tumor microenvironment profiling, early detection biomarkers, and patient-specific therapeutic decision-making across the disease continuum. Innovative approaches include liquid biopsy for dynamic monitoring, immune contexture analysis to identify rare immunotherapy-responsive subsets, and AI-enhanced radiomics for early lesion characterization.
We welcome original studies, reviews, and other article types on molecular stratification, novel biomarkers in blood or cyst fluid, pharmacogenomics, patient-derived models for drug screening, real-world outcomes of targeted therapies, and strategies to expand access to genomic testing in diverse populations.
