Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
This Special Issue, titled "From Digital to Intelligent: AI and the Future of Digital Education in Transforming Pedagogy", invites research articles that examine the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping the future of digital education. As AI technologies continue to evolve, they are transforming traditional teaching methods, enhancing personalised learning, and providing new opportunities for collaboration and active learning.
We welcome contributions that explore the use of AI in various educational contexts, from early childhood education to higher education, as well as in lifelong learning. The focus is on how AI can be applied to improve teaching and learning, including intelligent tutoring systems, automated assessments, and personalised learning experiences. We are particularly interested in how AI can support active and collaborative learning, where students are more engaged in the learning process.
This Special Issue also invites articles that address the ethical challenges and considerations associated with the use of AI in education, such as issues related to data privacy, bias, and the changing role of educators. We encourage research on the potential of AI to improve accessibility and inclusivity for students with diverse learning needs.
Through this Special Issue, we aim to provide valuable insights into the impact of AI on digital education and offer ideas for educators and researchers to incorporate AI-driven strategies into their own practices.
We look forward to receiving your contributions.
