Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The use of resorbable implants in pediatric fracture treatment has become increasingly widespread worldwide in recent years. Advances in biomaterials and surgical techniques have expanded the indications for these implants and provided new opportunities in pediatric trauma care. This Special Issue aims to present both early clinical experiences and long-term outcomes achieved in different anatomical regions and indications. We warmly invite colleagues working in pediatric traumatology and orthopedic surgery to share their scientific and clinical experiences related to resorbable implants. Original research articles, retrospective and prospective clinical studies, and comparative investigations are highly encouraged.

In addition, valuable contributions may include case reports describing rare, challenging, or educational situations, as well as papers focusing on complications and their management. Technical notes, surgical tips and tricks, and review articles summarizing current knowledge and future perspectives are also welcome. Through this Special Issue, we hope to promote professional discussion, share practical experiences, and support further development in the field of resorbable implants in pediatric fracture management.
