Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
This Special Issue will focus on recent clinical and translational advances in the diagnosis and management of pediatric Turner syndrome. Topics of interest include early-detection strategies, such as prenatal and postnatal genetic testing, and emerging insights into genotype–phenotype correlations. We aim to highlight evidence-based approaches to growth promotion, optimization of pubertal induction and hormone replacement therapy, and the management of associated comorbidities, particularly cardiovascular, metabolic, endocrine, and neurocognitive complications. Contributions addressing advances in imaging, biomarkers, and risk stratification are encouraged, as well as studies on multidisciplinary care models, transition, health equity, and long-term outcomes. This issue seeks to integrate current research with clinical practice to refine management strategies and improve patient-centered outcomes.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. Children is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
