Forests | New Section “AI in Forestry” Established
We are excited to announce the launch of a new Section in Forests (ISSN 1999-4907) titled “AI in Forestry”.
The “AI in Forestry” Section is dedicated to the publication of high-quality, original research and comprehensive reviews focused on the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology in the field of forestry. We invite authors to submit their articles to the “AI in Forestry” Section to improve our current knowledge of the AI techniques used in forestry.
Potential topics may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Applications of AI tools in forestry;
- Forestry deep learning models;
- Recent forestry development trends and application status of information technology in forestry;
- Intelligent sensing technology for forestry;
- Forestry pattern recognition.
We are currently recruiting Editorial Board Members (EBMs), Early Career Editorial Board Members (ECEBMs), Guest Editors, and reviewers for this Section. If you are an active researcher in this field and are passionate about publishing cutting-edge research, please contact us at forests@mdpi.com.
