A modern platform built for growth
The rebuilt Sciforum platform replaces the decade‑old system with a faster, more flexible architecture that supports conferences of all sizes. Its modular design improves stability, accelerates development, and enables organisers to configure the tools they need with greater precision.
Key enhancements
- Modular tools for website building, submission management, peer review, and registration;
- Streamlined workflows that reduce submission steps and simplify organiser tasks;
- Role‑specific dashboards for organisers, reviewers, and authors;
- Direct website editing for event organisers;
- Permanent data hosting at no additional cost;
- More competitive pricing for small and mid‑size conferences.
These improvements create a smoother experience for organisers and participants while strengthening Sciforum’s position in the global event‑management landscape.
A seamless transition
The new Sciforum platform has been introduced without disrupting any conferences, deadlines, or user activity. All events, submissions, registrations, and hosted files have been fully preserved, ensuring uninterrupted access for organisers, authors, reviewers, and participants.
Looking ahead
The relaunch establishes a foundation for continuous improvement. Sciforum will expand its capabilities over time, including enhancements to communication tools, programme‑building features, payment options, and integrations that support both virtual and hybrid events. A transition to the sciforum.com domain is also planned.
Sciforum’s relaunch marks a new chapter in accessible, reliable, and scalable academic event management, supporting the global research community with tools that evolve alongside their needs. We encourage partners, organisers, and institutions to explore the new platform and discover how its modern architecture empowers scientific exchange through seamless event management.
