Improvements to Our Article Reprints Service

We’re pleased to announce a series of enhancements to our Article Reprints service, developed directly in response to your feedback. Based on insights from our recent customer survey, we've made targeted updates to improve speed, affordability, and overall user experience:

  • Faster Response Times: Additional team members have been trained to ensure quicker turnaround and smoother service.

  • Reduced Pricing: Reprint costs have been lowered by approximately 50%, thanks to streamlined processes and logistics.

  • Lower Minimum Orders: The minimum order quantity has been reduced from 10 to 5 copies to better accommodate individual and small-scale needs.

  • Improved Support for Damaged Deliveries: We've expanded our support team to more efficiently handle issues with damaged items—please contact us if you encounter any problems.
