ResearchGate, the professional network for researchers, and MDPI, the world’s largest scholarly open access publisher, are pleased to announce an extension of their successful partnership. Following a year-long pilot involving ten MDPI journals utilizing ResearchGate’s Journal Home offering, the partnership will now expand to include 200 MDPI scholarly journals.
Building on the initial success, this extended collaboration will boost the reach and visibility of MDPI’s open access content among ResearchGate’s global community of over 25 million researchers.
Through this partnership, a large share of MDPI's 1.5 million version-of-record research and review articles will be made available on ResearchGate, including complete archive material and all newly published articles. These journals will benefit from: dedicated journal profiles across ResaerchGate's platform, representation on all associated article pages and touchpoints within the ResearchGate network and automatic updates for authors, simplifying content management for authors and providing valuable insights into readership and citations.
This collaboration exemplifies both MDPI and ResearchGate’s shared commitment to supporting the global research community by ensuring that open research is widely discoverable and accessible.
