Cover Story: “Data-driven transition” touches on the main points of interest regarding Open Access and its impact on libraries. This article focuses on Open Access workflows and the management of Open Access publication funds employing a method to join the reporting of subscription expenditure and publication expenditure to support the shift from subscription budgets to Open Access publication budgets.
