Cover Story: The Dynamic Distributed Constraint Optimisation Problem (D-DCOP) framework has enabled the development of proactive decision-making methods for multi-agent systems. Existing approaches, like Proactive Dynamic DCOP algorithms, rely on known environment models. This paper tackles proactive behaviour in D-DCOPs with unknown dynamics, proposing that agents learn autoregressive models from shared temporal experiences to predict future states. The proposed method employs a temporal experience-sharing message-passing algorithm, utilising dynamic agent connections and a distance metric for data collation. Experimental results using the RoboCup Rescue Simulation show that the proposed method achieves better total building damage when combined with decision-switching costs than baseline methods. View this paper
